By using this site or purchasing a GRIDDOWN product, you agree to these terms, including the binding arbitration and class action waiver in the Dispute Resolution section below. These terms apply to U.S. residents only. We do not currently accept orders from outside the United States.
GRIDDOWN is a physical USB drive containing an offline AI-assisted knowledge system. It is sold as a preparedness and reference tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, engineering, or emergency services advice.
GRIDDOWN is designed to provide general reference information in situations where internet access is unavailable. The information on the drive is sourced from publicly available references and is provided for educational and preparedness purposes only. Do not rely solely on GRIDDOWN for medical decisions, structural engineering, or any situation where professional judgment is required.
GRIDDOWN is designed to be used as delivered. You may add or remove documents within the existing knowledge base modules and your Personal Collection. However, renaming, moving, or deleting the module folders themselves will cause inaccurate AI responses and broken citations. HoneyBadger Labs LLC is not responsible for any degraded performance resulting from structural changes to the knowledge base folder organization.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this site, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The Medicine & First Aid module and the Weapons & Hunting module contain general reference information sourced from publicly available materials including military field manuals and government publications. This content is provided for educational and preparedness purposes only.
The Medicine & First Aid module is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the GRIDDOWN drive. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

AI Limitations Disclaimer. GRIDDOWN incorporates an offline AI-assisted knowledge system. You acknowledge and accept that AI-generated outputs are subject to inherent technological limitations, including the possibility of factual errors, outdated information, incomplete responses, and "hallucinations" — outputs that appear plausible but are incorrect or fabricated. HoneyBadger Labs LLC makes no representation that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific situation. You assume all risk associated with reliance on AI-assisted content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HoneyBadger Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the GRIDDOWN software and knowledge base solely for your personal, non-commercial preparedness and reference purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the GRIDDOWN software or system. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by HoneyBadger Labs LLC.
GRIDDOWN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any content on the drive or this website. The knowledge base draws from third-party source documents; we do not guarantee that those documents are error-free or applicable to your specific situation. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in those jurisdictions, our disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HONEYBADGER LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — GRIDDOWN OR THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING ANY OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE PRODUCT.
In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
All sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Because GRIDDOWN is a physical product containing pre-loaded software, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once your order has shipped, except as required by applicable law or as described in our defective unit policy below.
Defective units only: If your drive arrives damaged or fails to function as described, contact us at info@honeybadgerlabs.io within 30 days of receipt with a description of the issue. We will ship a replacement unit at no charge. Defect claims submitted after 30 days of receipt will not be honored.
Replacement eligibility is void if the drive shows evidence of tampering, modification, or alteration of system files or core software components. Users may add or remove documents within knowledge base modules but must not rename, move, or delete the module folders themselves. HoneyBadger Labs LLC is not responsible for degraded performance, inaccurate responses, or broken citations resulting from modification of folder structure or module organization.
GRIDDOWN is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
The GRIDDOWN software, interface, and system design are the intellectual property of HoneyBadger Labs LLC. The reference documents included on the drive are sourced from public domain and government publications. You may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or otherwise commercialize GRIDDOWN or its software components without prior written permission from HoneyBadger Labs LLC.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HoneyBadger Labs LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of or reliance on GRIDDOWN or any content on this website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; or (d) any claim that your use of GRIDDOWN caused harm to a third party.
HoneyBadger Labs LLC reserves the right, at your sole cost and expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with HoneyBadger Labs LLC in asserting any available defenses. You may not settle any indemnified claim, action, or proceeding without the prior written consent of HoneyBadger Labs LLC.
GRIDDOWN is intended for sale and use within the United States only. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the product or any content thereon to any country, person, or entity in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By purchasing GRIDDOWN, you represent that you are not located in, and are not a national or resident of, any country subject to U.S. trade sanctions or export restrictions.
HoneyBadger Labs LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of God; natural disasters; power grid failure or infrastructure collapse; cyberattacks or critical systems failures; pandemics or public health emergencies; war, terrorism, or civil unrest; government actions, regulations, or orders; supply chain disruptions; or carrier or logistics failures. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure condition, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND HONEYBADGER LABS LLC ARE RESOLVED.
Informal Resolution First. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at info@honeybadgerlabs.io and provide a written description of your dispute, your name, and contact information. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If we cannot reach a resolution within that period, either party may initiate arbitration.
Binding Arbitration. You and HoneyBadger Labs LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase or use of GRIDDOWN shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Pasquotank County, North Carolina, or, at your election, by telephone or video conference. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Information about the AAA and its rules is available at www.adr.org.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND HONEYBADGER LABS LLC EACH AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Exceptions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights, without waiving the right to arbitrate all other disputes.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@honeybadgerlabs.io within 30 days of your first purchase. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pasquotank County, North Carolina.
Time Limitation on Claims. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF GRIDDOWN OR THESE TERMS MUST BE FILED IN ARBITRATION (OR IN COURT IF ARBITRATION IS UNAVAILABLE OR WAIVED) WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. ANY CLAIM NOT FILED WITHIN THIS PERIOD SHALL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED, REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS TO THE CONTRARY.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except to the extent preempted by applicable federal law or the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any provision will only be effective if given in writing and signed by an authorized representative of HoneyBadger Labs LLC.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HoneyBadger Labs LLC regarding your use of this website and your purchase of GRIDDOWN, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties relating to that subject matter.
We may update these Terms as the product or our business evolves. The current version is always available at this URL, dated at the top of the page. Your continued use of this website or GRIDDOWN after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
